Who is Chelsea?
… Outside of being the meat & cheese connoisseur
Chelsea is a vibrant woman with an unstoppable work ethic and a passion for creativity that shines in everything she does. Chelsea currently works at the Riverstone Starbucks in Canton as a Shift Supervisor. Before Starbucks, she worked at the Old Mulehouse in Jasper as their Events Manager and orchestrated countless rehearsal dinners, baby showers, birthday parties, and more—each one filled with her attention to detail and joy for celebrating others. Her love for art and people, combined with her love for food, fuels her dream of opening a vintage artisanal café of her own someday. A cozy, welcoming place where others feel right at home while enjoying hand crafted charcuterie boards and fresh baked pastries!
At her core, Chelsea is driven by love and intention. She and her husband Chandler are saving diligently to buy their first home, a milestone they hope to share with their 3 beloved animals Zinnia (Cat), Ajani (Cat), & Arya (Dog) and to eventually start a family of their own. Though rooted in her goals, she carries a free spirit and a deep desire to see the world, hoping to travel and see different cultures, cuisines, and make unforgettable memories. Whether she’s planning someone's event, watching Star Wars anything with her husband, or traveling to distant places- Chelsea’s life is a blend of intention, imagination, and deep-rooted ambition.
This is Chelsea’s FIRST EVER large scale charcuterie spread!
How Does This work?
Chelsea is a Personal Chef who specializes in the art of Charcuterie Arrangements (AKA Edible Experiences!)
The process is super simple- You and Chelsea will discuss the vision for your event and will work together to make a memorable arrangement! Once the day of your event arrives Chelsea will go grocery shopping to buy the best and freshest ingredients. After picking up all of the ingredients, she will head straight to the on-site destination to begin preparations for the spread! You will get to watch her from start to finish slice, dice, shape and curate the charcuterie meat-sterpiece (was that too cheesy?) After she creates the charcuterie arrangement she will serve you and your guests- picking up plates, refilling non-alcoholic drinks, etc!
